Artist's Description
Storage Shed In Sepia is a sepia tone photographic art print of a storage shed on an oyster farm. The setting is an oyster farm located on San Juan Island in the Pacific Northwest. San Juan Island is home to Friday Harbor on the eastern side and Roche Harbor on the western side. The oyster farm is located close to Roche Harbor. I used a sepia tone finish and texture on the photograph for that old rustic look. The sepia brown tones originated with film photography as part of the process to develop the prints in the 1800’s. Today, we can recreate that same vintage look digitally.
