Description
"Dusk on the Coast” is a wall art print done in an impasto abstract oil painting technique of the sky over the ocean just after sunset. This technique uses abstract shapes and bright colors to create a clean contemporary look.
The inspiration behind this print is the way light plays off the clouds after a coastal sunset. Using the darker tones of blue to create the setting, the vibrant reds and yellow take center stage. When considering an art print, the interior design of the room comes into play and the look you are going for with any given print comes into the decision process. This particular style of art print works well in contemporary room décor. However, an influencing factor is the framing and matting style, which can dictate what décor the final piece will look good in versus just the style of the art print.
