The wall art prints in the Color Photography One Collection are my compilation of photographs that I put together representing a variety of subjects. I’ve included a wide variety of photographic elements and subjects. The common thread is that I think the subjects in this collection represent some of my best photographic efforts. To take a color photograph and present it as an art print leaves very little margin for error in the technical presentation. The capture must be in sharp focus and composed well to present the subject in its best light. With all of those elements in place, there must still be a dynamic presentation of color. The contrasting and complimenting colors are as important as the technical presentation. If your color isn’t telling the story, then what’s the point? I think that the use color photography as art prints, works in just about any interior design and décor. I look at the prominent color initially and then the subject matter. Framing and matting the art print also changes the look depending on the style and size.
